Radio program 99.9 “What is really attention to diversity in the classroom: a look from Dide and Fundación Trilema”

Equity as the basis of an inclusive education

Attention to diversity does not mean giving everyone the same thing, but offering each student what they need to develop fully. This was the central theme of the program La Tarde con Marina, broadcast by 999 Valencia Radio, in which Alberto Ramírez Moreno, Eva Vives Payá (Dide.org), Miguel García Morell (Escuelas Trilema) and the psychologist Nuria Ros participated.

During the discussion, they addressed how equitable education and early detection are key to ensuring that no child is left behind. Attention to diversity is not limited to students with difficulties, but encompasses all students, recognizing both their needs and their strengths.

Dide.org: technology at the service of inclusion

Dide.org is an online platform that allows the needs and potential of students to be identified in an early and non-invasive way, without directly intervening with the minor.
Through 42 indicators grouped into three areas —learning, development and emotion—, the tool does not diagnose, but guides teachers and families with clear guidelines and immediate reports.

In addition, it complies with the highest standards of security and privacy (LOMLOE, LOPIVI, ODS and National Security Scheme), which allows its collaboration with public administrations.

Alliance with Fundación Trilema: training and action in the classroom

The collaboration between Dide and Fundación Trilema promotes a model of attention to diversity that combines teacher training, real implementation in the classroom and global evaluation of students.
Trilema, with more than 100 centers in Spain and Latin America, applies this educational philosophy that focuses on the integral development of the student.

“Attending to diversity is attending to everyone. With Dide and Trilema, we seek to ensure that each child shines with their potential and no one is left behind.” — Alberto Ramírez Moreno

Beyond academic performance

One of the most powerful messages of the program was the need to break the myth of the “student who always fails”.
As Eva Vives explained, “behind each failure there is a reason —cognitive, emotional, social or family—, and the key is to detect it in time”.

Dr. Nuria Ros also recalled that attending to diversity implies looking beyond learning: taking care of the emotional and human part of the students, fostering empathy and active listening in the classroom

Conclusion: towards a more human and preventive education

Attention to diversity is, in essence, attending to all people.
The joint commitment of Dide.org and Fundación Trilema demonstrates that technology and pedagogy can work together to build a more equitable, inclusive and sustainable school.
