1. Who is dide?

DIDE.ORG EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY, S.L. (also identified on this site as dide), with registered address at Calle Profesor Beltrán Baguena, nº5, planta 6ª, oficina 19, 46009 Valencia and contact email info@dide.app, is the owner of this website and the dide platform.

2. How does dide process personal data contained in the platform?

dide is responsible for processing the data contained in the platform. That is, it only processes data on behalf of its clients, the users responsible for the processing who contract the services of the platform, such as educational centers, offices, family (if they contract directly), others (hereinafter Users).

A data processor only follows the instructions indicated by the data controllers (educational centers, offices, family, others) who contract the use of the platform to process the data. Therefore, dide does not decide on the processing of the data and only follows the instructions of its clients.

3. What personal data is stored on the platform?

The platform stores the personal data (name and surname) that the Users responsible for the processing decide.

To carry out the processing of minors with greater guarantees of confidentiality, the Users responsible for the processing may substitute the identifying data of the minor (name and surname) with a pseudonym.

If you wish, ask your Center, Office or family to use the platform with pseudonyms as a measure to protect the data of the minor.

4. How does dide protect the processing of data contained in the platform?

The data is processed by dide in its capacity as data processor after signing a data processing agreement and with sufficient guarantees to apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, so that the processing complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. For what purpose does dide process personal data through the platform?

dide licenses the use of the platform to the Users and processes the data to guarantee the service, the hosting and security of the data and the maintenance of the platform, always following the instructions of the Users responsible for the processing.

6. What security measures does dide guarantee on the platform?

dide guarantees that the necessary security measures have been adopted in accordance with the data protection regulations of a technical and organizational nature and that the people in its organization have committed to respect confidentiality, subject to this obligation indefinitely.

7. What other commitments has dide assumed with the Users responsible for the processing?

dide is obliged to help the users responsible for the processing to guarantee compliance with their obligations, in particular, those of security, confidentiality and transparency and makes available to them all the information necessary to demonstrate compliance with the obligations to which it has committed as a consequence of the processing, including to allow and contribute to the performance of audits, including inspections, by the Users responsible for the processing.

8. What does dide do with the data when the service is finished?

At the choice of the User responsible for the processing, dide deletes or returns all personal data to the User responsible, once the provision of the services contracted through the platform is finished, unless the conservation of the data is required under the Law of the Union or of the Member States, being able to conserve only anonymous data for analysis and research purposes.

9. Do you want to exercise any data protection rights?

If you want to exercise any data protection rights, contact the data controller (Educational center, office, or other) and request the exercise of the right of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation or not to be the subject of a decision based on automated processing.

10. Do you want to rectify or delete the data from the platform?

As indicated in the previous question, in this case you should contact the data controller (Center, Office, or other) and ask for it. The controller will guarantee the exercise of the rights and, if applicable, the data will be rectified and/or deleted from the platform at your request.
