INFORMATION ON SUBMITTING COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

DIDE informs you, regardless of your place of residence, of your right to file complaints and claims.

To do so, simply present your complaint and claim to us clearly and without any formality, through the following means:

However, DIDE provides you with a specific DIDE Complaint and Claim Form through which you can submit your complaints and claims to DIDE. If you wish to communicate your complaint and claim through our form, you must complete it and send it to DIDE via the following contact email address: info@dide.org

In any case, DIDE will address your complaint and claim and send you the result of your complaint or claim within one month, to the address (postal, electronic) that you have indicated to us.

In addition, we inform you that, in many of these offices you will find a model form, which will guide you on how to make the claim. In this link you can obtain information on complaint forms by Autonomous Communities.

Likewise, through these offices and services of the Consumer Administrations, you can receive adequate information about your rights and the possibilities of exercising them and, in general, any information related to the field of consumption. You can also turn to Consumer Associations.

In the event that you wish to file a complaint and claim with the competent Consumer Administrations, you can contact either the Municipal Consumer Information Office (O.M.I.C.) in your locality, or the General Directorate of Consumer Affairs of your Autonomous Community.
