ACADE, forty years at the service of Spanish education and private centers
The Association of Autonomous Private Education Centers, ACADE celebrates 40 years working for the quality and prestige of educational centers and the defense of their professional and social dignity, witnessing and participating in the elaboration and application of all the educational laws of Democracy.
As its president, Don Jesús Núñez Vázquez, points out, throughout these years ACADE has made fundamental qualitative contributions that have contributed to modernizing the Spanish system as a whole.
To commemorate its 40th anniversary, ACADE is organizing an event on April 26 at the Lázaro Galdiano Museum in Madrid where the VII “Education and Freedom” Awards have been presented to different areas:
- Sports field: Teresa Perales
- Area of cooperation and development: Padre Ángel
- Scientific field: Pedro Duque
- Research field: María Blasco
- Field of educational innovation: Ferran Adrià

Committed to education and working for it since 1978, ACADE shares with DIDE the desire to commit to educational excellence and to conceive inclusive schools capable of fully developing the strengths of students, respecting their differences, counting on families, seeking equity in the classrooms and improving the conditions of educability as much as possible for the benefit of children, as stated by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports.
By bringing together the efforts of everyone (schools, families, professionals and public institutions) and with the help of an instrument such as dide, early detection of problems that hinder children’s learning and well-being is possible.
From dide we encourage the ACADE organization to continue with its commitment to defending the interests of its members, and we extend our hand with our innovative and constructive proposal in favor of the best development of education in Spain and to facilitate educational excellence with our resources.

Also as collaborators and sponsors, we will support this convention that constitutes an exclusive framework for the meeting and exchange of experiences between businessmen and managers of our sector who seek to acquire a global vision based on the analysis of new trends and the sharing of success stories.
As you can see in the program, at the convention we will be accompanied by opinion leaders and experts in educational innovation with whom we will explore economic and social trends that affect our sector, new teaching-learning environments and the role of technology in the field of education.
