The educational meeting of the II Seminar of Psychopedagogical Cabinets and Guidance Departments held on January 26 at the Ateneo Mercantil de Valencia and organized by the Official College of Pedagogues and Psychopedagogues of the C.V, the Catholic Schools of the C.V. and FECEVAL, leaves us with many lessons. Addressing conflict resolution through mediation techniques was the focus of this interesting symposium.
School bullying and cyberbullying are already a reality in our society and, therefore, in schools. For this reason, it is necessary for professionals from psychopedagogical cabinets and guidance departments to have significant training in order to detect, diagnose, guide, and supervise these cases in schools, since the ultimate responsibility lies with these teams.
School bullying is not a minor problem, it is a process, a form of violence and, as such, it blocks the victim, preventing them from generating strategies to defend themselves.
D. Enrique Castillejo, president of the Illustrious College, gave way to the presentations of the professionals who offered practical technical training tailored to the needs of today and tomorrow.

We want to highlight here especially everything that has referred to the need to detect in time the problems that hinder the well-being of children and adolescents in broad terms, including situations of school bullying.
Thus, the need for teachers in schools who are good observers, capable of:
- detecting problems in time
- managing talent and coexistence in the classroom
- working on empathy in students
- teaching them to face everyday problems
- making the school a space to develop social therapy and discover the human side
- creating social support networks in the center and reducing the risk of exclusion of students
Of course, this is not exclusively a matter for schools; families, the great allies, are also a powerful agent of early detection.
Our contribution: díde, innovation in methods for early detection of learning and development difficulties
The team of professionals from Grupo VS have had the honor of sponsoring this event, and we appreciate the invitation from COPYPCV to share with them our educational dream, which is díde, and to all the attendees who showed their interest in our work. If there is one thing we are clear about, it is that those who made this symposium great were not only its speakers, but also and above all the education professionals who decide to approach and participate in the generation of synergies with a common goal, the improvement of educational quality.
