We are pleased to announce the collaboration agreement between DIDE.org and the San Vicente Mártir Foundation – Diocesan Schools, a strategic alliance aimed at strengthening attention to diversity in the diocesan educational centers of the Valencian Community through the use of technology.
What is Dide?
DIDE is a digital tool that facilitates teachers in the early identification of educational, emotional, and social needs of students, offering clear reports, personalized guidance, and action recommendations that support the work of teaching and guidance teams.
Why is Dide Relevant for Schools?
- Immediate knowledge of students: In a few minutes, the classroom teacher obtains a complete map of each student (2–16 years old), identifying strengths and areas of risk (learning, development, socialization, emotions, and behavior), without the participation of the minor.
- Prevention and prioritization: We provide the guidance team with an automatic screening to prioritize attention to those who need it most.
- Big Data for decision-making: The management has real-time statistics on the needs of all students, supporting the allocation of resources, educational strategies, and necessary teacher training.
- Resources and practical guidelines: We offer more than 3,500 activities and personalized recommendations for the family and the classroom, all in 12 languages to address the diversity among the families of the center.
Benefits for Diocesan Schools
Thanks to this agreement, diocesan schools will have exclusive advantages in the implementation of DIDE, as well as a joint program of training, advice, and support that seeks to promote effective use of the tool in the classroom and in the pedagogical management of the centers.
“DIDE helps us identify risk indicators in students who do not yet have reports, and it has been especially useful for working better with high-achieving students,” says Carmina, director of the Colegio María Inmaculada, one of the first diocesan centers to incorporate the platform.
“The guidance offered by the system facilitates the work of our counselor and the teaching team. We have already shared the benefits at the management meeting, and several schools have shown interest.”
The agreement also provides for joint actions between the Foundation and DIDE to promote educational innovation: informative sessions, seminars, and collaborative improvements between centers, with the common goal of putting technology at the service of a more inclusive, preventive, and personalized education.
From dide.org, we thank the San Vicente Mártir Foundation for their trust in our work and celebrate the shared commitment to an education that detects, understands, and addresses the needs of each student from a human and technological perspective.
