These cases include the following categories of third parties: web hosting service providers, communication sending service providers, maintenance and IT support service providers for this website, advertising agencies, and others.
11.- Follow us on social media
Social networks are services provided by third-party providers that allow the user to participate in a virtual community with other users through which they can generate their own public profile where they can create and share content, information and personal data with other users of the network. In a social network, pages, accounts or profiles can be created and shared for personal and/or commercial purposes. The operation of the social network is regulated in the first term, by the conditions established by the owner and/or provider of the network and, in the second term, when it comes to pages, accounts or profiles for commercial purposes, by the terms and conditions established by the person responsible for the profile or commercial account who, where appropriate, will also be responsible for the processing of the data of these.
In the event that dide has profiles on social networks, the user can follow us and become a fan of the official dide pages on the social networks where dide has a presence, being informed that the processing of data carried out through the pages, profiles or accounts of dide on social networks will be governed by the corresponding policies and conditions of both the official page and the provider and owner of each social network, as the case may be.
The user is informed that, if they follow us on social networks, their profile data, as well as, where appropriate, if they publish comments, images, videos, and other content, all this data is seen, read and shared with all users who follow us and other third parties because our official pages on social networks are open to the general public. This means that the user’s data as a follower of dide on our social networks may also be indexed via the internet by search engines of browsers, given that it is not under the control of dide to limit such processing.
In addition, the data of our followers on social networks is processed by dide to respond to requests made by users, answer their comments and also monitor and moderate comments and information in order to ensure that the content published on our official pages on social networks is appropriate to the policies of the owners of the network, to our own and to prevent information that incites or promotes violence, intolerance, racism, abuse, hatred, threats, physical or psychological harm, or is contrary to the Law, morality, public order and/or the legitimate rights of other third parties or users from being published on our official page.
Consequently with the above and given that the publication of data on our social network profiles is massive and universal, dide recommends that the user does not provide more information than necessary in accordance with the purposes for which they use social networks. The consequences of providing additional or unnecessary information may be, depending on the case, negative, since, as indicated, the information published on our official pages will be known by all users of the same, as well as other third parties via the internet.
Likewise, on our social networks, the user must not publish or disseminate data of other third parties (including their image) without their consent, as this may constitute an infringement of the data protection, image and personal privacy regulations and the sanctioning regime provided for in the data protection regulations may be applicable, in accordance with the criteria maintained by the administrative body for control and compliance with said regulations and the Courts of Justice.

Likewise, they can also, at any time, exercise their right to withdraw or revoke the consent given in relation to the processing indicated in this Policy based on consent or prior authorization.
