Please read the following terms carefully, as your decision to browse this site implies acceptance of all the clauses set out below.
The following applies to users who access DIDE through the domains: dide.org, app.dide.org and appaurea.org as well as through any other domain authorized by DIDE.
Purpose of these terms of use
The terms and conditions indicated below regulate access to and use of the website www.dide.org (hereinafter website or site) together with its privacy policy and the rest of the legal texts, whose exploitation and through which the entity provides information society services DIDE.ORG EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY S.L. This policy is completed with the privacy policy and the cookies policy published on this site in relation to the processing of personal data and cookies.
Within the expression “site or website” are included all creations expressed by any means or support, tangible or intangible, regardless of whether or not they are susceptible to intellectual property in accordance with the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Law.
Access to the website implies that the visiting user acquires a series of rights and obligations, in order to guarantee the adequate enjoyment of the general, particular and content services found therein and that dide makes available to the user.
The user who visits this website is aware that access to and use of the services and content of the website is carried out under their sole and exclusive responsibility.
The condition of web user is acquired by merely accessing the website. The user will use the services and contents exclusively for particular purposes and/or by reason of their legal relationship that links them to dide with the exclusion of any form of subsequent use of the same for profit or report of any benefit, direct or indirect.
If these general conditions are replaced by others in whole or in part, these new general conditions or, where appropriate, the particular conditions, will be understood as accepted in the same way as set out at the beginning of the text. However, the user of the site must access these general conditions -and the particular conditions of the services they use- periodically to know the successive versions that are included here, although it is recommended that the user access them each time they intend to access or make use of the services and content of the site.
It will be the responsibility of the user to establish the appropriate technical security measures to avoid unwanted actions on their information system, files and computer equipment used to access the Internet and, especially, the site, being aware that the Internet is not completely secure.
b) Purpose of the site
Through access to the site, the user may enjoy the use of various content and services that will be offered by dide or, where appropriate, by third-party providers under the conditions determined for them.
In general, the services and content offered through the website will be available in Spanish, without prejudice to the possibility –subject to dide– of offering them in other languages spoken in the European Union.
dide may unilaterally and without prior notice modify the provision, configuration, content and services of the site, as well as its conditions of use and access to the content offered and services provided, warning when appropriate of such changes in the corresponding general or particular conditions of use, as well as in other texts or notices on the web.
The cost of telephone access or other type of expense for the connection to access the site will be borne exclusively by the user.
c) Rights and obligations of the user
The user may use the services and content available for their use “as is”, without prejudice to the technical, particular conditions or with prior registration, as determined by dide, provided that such use is correct and lawful of the site, in accordance with current legislation, morality, good customs and public order.
In no case may the user:
Access or use the services and content of the site for the commission of illegal actions or contrary to current legislation, morality, good customs and public order, for purposes harmful to the rights and freedoms of third parties, or that may harm, damage or prevent in any way, access to them, to the detriment of dide or third parties.
Use the services and content offered through the site in a manner contrary to the general conditions of use and/or the particular conditions that regulate the use of a certain service and/or content, and to the detriment or impairment of the rights of other users of the web.
Use the brand, trade names of dide, as well as any other identifying sign that is subject to intellectual or industrial property rights, without the prior express written authorization of its owner.
Perform any action that involves the reproduction, distribution, copying, rental, public communication, transformation or any other similar action that involves the modification or alteration, of all or part of the contents and services of the site or the economic exploitation thereof, without the prior written authorization of dide or the third party owner of the intellectual and industrial property rights that fall on the services contained on the website and except as provided in these general conditions or, where appropriate, particular conditions that regulate the use of a service and/or content existing on the website.
d) Rights and obligations of dide
dide reserves the following rights:
Modify the conditions of access to the site, technical or not, unilaterally and without prior notice to users, without prejudice to the provisions of the particular conditions that regulate the use of a certain service and/or content intended for users of the website.
Establish particular conditions and, where appropriate, the requirement of a price or other requirements for access to certain services and/or content.
Limit, exclude or condition the access of users when all the guarantees of correct use of the site by them are not given in accordance with the obligations and prohibitions assumed by them.
Terminate the provision of a service or supply of content, without the right to compensation, when its use by users becomes illegal or contrary to the provisions of the conditions that regulate it, without prejudice to the provisions of the particular conditions that regulate the use of a certain service and/or content intended for users of the website.
Modify, delete or update all or part of the content or services offered through the site, without prior notice, without prejudice to the provisions of the particular conditions that regulate the use of a certain service and/or content intended for users of the website.
Take any legal or judicial action that is convenient for the protection of the rights of dide as well as third parties that provide their services or content through the site, whenever appropriate.
Demand compensation that may arise from the improper or illegal use of all or part of the services and content provided through the site. The user will be personally liable for damages of any nature caused to dide directly or indirectly, for the breach of any of the obligations arising from these general conditions or other rules governing the use of the site.
e) Exemption and limitation of liability of dide
dide is exempt from any type of liability for damages of any nature in the following cases:
For the impossibility or difficulties of connecting to the communications network through which this website is accessible, regardless of the type of connection used by the user.
For the interruption, suspension or cancellation of access to the website, as well as for the availability and continuity of the operation of the site or of the services and/or content therein, in addition to situations of force majeure.
For the services and content, availability and conditions, technical or not, of access to them, that are offered by third-party service providers, especially with respect to providers of information society services. Information society service providers shall be understood as those individuals or legal entities that provide the following services to the public: (i) transmission over a communication network of data provided by the recipient of the service (ii) access services to the aforementioned network (iii) Data storage or hosting services (iv) provision of content or information (v) temporary copying service of data requested by users (vi) providing links to content or search tools.
dide, at no time, assumes responsibility for damages that may be caused by the information, content, products and services -with a delimitative, but not limiting character- provided, communicated, hosted, transmitted, displayed or offered by third parties outside of dide -including providers of information society services- through a website that can be accessed through a link existing on this site.
Of the treatment and subsequent use of personal data carried out by third parties outside of dide, as well as the relevance of the information requested by them.
Of the quality and speed of access to the site and of the technical conditions that the user must meet in order to be able to access the site and its services and/or content of the site.
f) Intellectual and industrial property
The user knows that the content and services offered through the site -including texts, graphics, images, animations, musical creations, videos, sounds, drawings, photographs, all comments, exhibitions and HTML code thereof, without this enumeration having a limiting character are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. The copyright and economic exploitation of this site corresponds to dide and/or third-party entities.
The brands, trade names or distinctive signs that appear on the site are the property of dide or, where appropriate, of third-party entities, and are protected by current industrial property laws. So that, although not specifically specified in each case, the brands that appear on this website, both those of dide and those of third parties, have the character of protected. Therefore, the user may not make use of any of them without the prior written consent of its owner.
The provision of services and publication of content through the site will not imply in any case the assignment, waiver or transfer, total or partial, of the ownership of the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights by dide and/or its legitimate third-party owners.
Under no circumstances may the user make use of the services and content existing on the site that is not exclusively personal, except for the exceptions determined in these general conditions of use of this site or in the particular conditions that dide may establish to regulate the use of a certain service and/or content offered through the website.

The use of hyperlinks to this website will only be authorized by dide provided that the hyperlink is made in the following terms provided in these conditions:
The link must only allow access to the home page of this website.
The use of the hyperlink allowed according to these conditions does not presuppose, in any case, consent to reproduce the visual and functional aspects (“look and feel”) of this website.
Likewise, the creation of an environment or navigation bar on the pages that make up this site is explicitly prohibited, without prior authorization.
Appearance of the link: the hyperlink may only consist of a text. For the use of graphics or logos, a license to use the graphics or logos of dide must be obtained in advance. In any case, the text must clearly express that it links to the website. In general, the appearance, the visual effect, the location and, in general, the characteristics of the hyperlink must show that it leads to the website of dide and that it is independent and is not linked by a relationship, neither of collaboration, association, sponsorship, labor nor of any other type, to the website that contains the hyperlink.

The website in which the hyperlink is established will not contain illegal information or content, contrary to morality and good customs and public order, nor will it contain content contrary to any rights of third parties.

h) Access to restricted areas and conditions of use of particular services
Access to restricted areas on this website is protected by access keys (passwords) restricted exclusively to users authorized by dide to access them and will be governed, in addition to the provisions of these terms of use, by the specific conditions established for their access and use.
To this end, access to and use of restricted areas will be carried out after registration by completing the form enabled for this purpose, expressing the will to register on the dide website.
Subsequent to registration, access or authentication on the website, of the registered user, will be carried out through their username and password.
The registered user may access the content and services available to registered users, without prejudice to the technical conditions necessary to identify/authenticate or access certain content or services.
The obligations of the user will be:
(i) To complete in the registration forms the personal data corresponding to their own identity, and such data must be adequate, pertinent, current, accurate and truthful, the user guaranteeing the authenticity of all data communicated for the use of the website.
(ii) To provide an email address.

dide reserves the right to deactivate, at any time and without prior notice, a registered user’s account at its sole discretion, including, among others, in the following circumstances:
(i) when at the time of registration, the user has provided dide with inaccurate, false or misleading information;
(ii) when the password has been communicated to a third party or access to the website has been allowed to a third party accessing the registered user’s account simultaneously; and
(iii) when the registered user has made fraudulent or illegal use of the website.
dide is not responsible for access to the account on the website by a third party using the email and password of a registered user, because the user has not kept their password secure and confidential or has provided the password to third parties.
dide is not responsible for the consequences for the registered user for the misuse of their account or for the completion of erroneous, incomplete, non-current or false personal data in their website account.
The responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of access names and keys, as well as respecting the confidentiality of the information to which access is granted, lies exclusively with each user. The dissemination of access keys to persons who are not authorized to do so may cause damages for which the holder of the access key must be held liable.
i) Miscellaneous
Duration of services: Access, content and services offered through the site are, in principle, of indefinite duration. However, and as indicated, dide may cancel and terminate or suspend access, services and/or content at any time, without prejudice to what may have been provided in this General Conditions or, where appropriate, Specific Conditions that regulate the use of a specific service and/or content intended for users of the website.
Completeness of the general conditions: These general conditions contain all the conditions agreed by the parties in relation to the object thereof and any declarations, commitments or promises, verbal, written or implied, prior to these conditions in relation to the object thereof shall be considered as non-existent.
The fact that dide does not demand at a given time respect for any of the conditions established in these general conditions or, where appropriate, specific conditions that regulate the use of a specific service and/or content intended for users of the website, cannot be interpreted by the user as a waiver to demand its compliance later.
Nullity and voidability of the clauses: In the event that any clause of these general conditions or, where appropriate, specific conditions that regulate the use of a specific service and/or content, is voidable or null, in whole or in part, this nullity or voidability shall not affect the validity of other clauses thereof, which shall remain in full force and validity, unless the party alleging its nullity or voidability proves that without the clause that is null or voidable, the purposes pursued by these Conditions cannot be fulfilled.
Applicable law: These general conditions and the legal relations between the user and dide are governed by Spanish law.
Jurisdiction: The parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia Capital for the resolution of any disputes that may arise.
